Deal Teams is a 100% native Salesforce deal management app that combines user personalized smart lists, powerful workflows, tags and custom fields.

PROBLEM STATEMENT
Why we created Deal Teams?
Salesforce is the most powerful CRM in the world, however, it is not easily configurable by its users. It requires admins, lots of time and money to configure your own pipelines, tags and custom fields.
SOLUTION
Our team designed an app that sits inside Salesforce and allows users to organize and manage their data into collaborative smart lists.
Some of Deal Teams features include:
Dynamic and Static lists.
In-line editing from the grid view.
Kanban and Grid views.
Collaborative lists for teams to work together.
Industry standard templates.
And many others!


PROCESS
Research: our team has 10+ years of experience in the corporate venture industry, so we conducted interviews with clients and users to learn about specific pain points that we could solve.
Competitive comparison: we conducted research and testing of other similar systems, such as Airtable, Monday.com, HubSpot, etc. Then, we gathered all the main features that we thought would be essential to our customers.
Product Development: After a few iterations of wireframes and prototypes on Sketch (my contribution), we performed user testing and created our first MVP.
OUTCOME
After testing and a few iterations, the result is an app that is listed in the Salesforce AppExchange store and it is ready for users to download.
You know what they say, software is never finished, but we have gotten great initial feedback from users.
