BRIGHTCROWD
OVERVIEW
BrightCrowd improves engagement among students and alumni through simple, digital community books. By focusing on more intimate networks, these books allow members of a specific class or group to share a bit about themselves and get a more personal view of their classmates.
Year: 2021
Team: Dahan Chang and Valeria Lujan, UX designers.

PROBLEM STATEMENT
BrightCrowd's old website was very focused on universities and schools. Our client wanted to convey their message to a broader audience since they also work with large corporations, communities and networks.
Our goal was to improve the overall look of the website while following the company branding, and also addressing other groups in their clientele.
MY CONTRIBUTION
Dahan and I collaborated using Figma for wireframes and Zoom calls. We divided the project into different stages, mainly research, prototyping, client review and deliverables.
I researched images for the hero section of the website, some prototyping and UI design.

PROCESS
The initial step was to listen to the client, so we conducted Zoom calls to learn about the specific needs.
We researched competitors and identified advantages and disadvantages.
Once we gathered information and ideas, we created a proposal with a timeline and presented it to the client.
We started creating the wireframes, which involved 3 rounds of iterations.
Once the client approved the final version, we created the assets and delivered to his developer team.
OUTCOME
The end result is a modern looking website that explains clearly the company vision and it is inviting to all of their client segments.
Our client was very pleased with our work and he provided wonderful feedback to our team!
